DNA: Follow me on my journey of self-care practices. I am a mom of a 3 year-old, I work full time for a government agency. I will be starting a Graduate studies in the Fall 2019 while working FT. I am in recovery, 09/15/13 is my recovery birthday. I have to adjust to a new life style and become discipline before school starts. I need to be discipline to put myself first so I can stay sane and take care of my kiddo. Without being selfish, I cannot help others.
